Return

We give refunds for products purchased within 30 days starting from the date the product is shipped. Please visit the Money Back page on our website for more information about requesting your refund.

If the product is not working, you can check the guide or contact us before considering a return. The problem may be able to be fixed.

The following section contains details about returning. It is applicable to all products except digital products such as code samples. There is no return option for digital products.

Please note we don't cover any shipping fees for returns.

How to Return?

Please return the products within the original package to this address, along with the order ID clearly written on or in the package:

If you used your registered account when you purchased the products, you can find the order ID under the My Orders page. You can also simply contact us using the Contact Us page on our website if you don't remember your order ID, or you have further questions and need help. We will be unable to issue a refund without the actual order ID of the returned order, even if you meet the refund policy.

We will not be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
